yea dont wanna lift it quite yet....got 50,000 miles worth or warranty left.

Magnusson Moss warranty act...it's your friend. If lifting it would cause something to break, putting larger tires on would do the same thing, and they'd deny a warranty claim either way. But if they can't prove that the modifications did the damage, they have to honor the warranty.

thats interesting but no even something i care to do at this point. and my luck that would be the reason something would break. lol

if genes see's damage from offroad use they will void your warranty. then you have a legal battle on your hands... so not worth it even with the magnusson act it only covers modifications to the vehicle not trail damage

they didn't even mention the trail damage to my Jeep when I had issues with my rear pinion...the problem they mentioned was the lift...increased driveline angles so their warranty company wouldn't cover it.

ah see, not even worth the lift right now. specially cuz i drive a Chrysler and its only a matter of time before i have to take it in.
