So I know everything is a tradeoff when it comes to rubber, but I'm looking for some local opinion. I am planning on putting a lot of miles on the Elliot highway this coming summer and will have to get new tires for my light truck. Quite a bit of This road has angular edged gravel/rock for a surface and tends to wear tires down rather rapidly. I am looking for a tire that is reasonably priced for the Fairbanks area and yet is very durable with good summer time control. I switch out to blizzaks in the winter, so control on ice and snow is not an issue. Any suggestions?

What ever tire you get I would get it sipped from my experience it makes all tires last longer and still good traction in all terrain
