Default Custom fabbed spare tire carrier?

Does anyone know of someone in town that can do a spare tire/jerry can/ hi lift for my brother in laws TJ? I definitely don't have time to weld one up. Just trying to find one reasonably priced for him. :-)

By the time you pay someone you can buy one. Unless you find someone that will do it for next to nothing. Call whitespruce they work with us very well.

Thanks. :-) We were looking at some prebuilt ones, but with the shipping costs of getting it up here, we could probably stake a claim, mine the metal, smelt it, and built it from scratch. May be a silly question, but what is Whitespruce?

Actually the brother in law just ended up buying one and getting it shipped up here. I have been pondering going over to RES and having him bend me some tubing for a roofrack. I can handle the welding portion, but don't have a tubing bender.
