Ya, well Crusin w/ santa has been well posted for the last month.......with intentions of getting the rigs muddy before the parade, which is Friday.......so there, How long has this BOD meeting beeen scheduled??

bOD meeting will not interfere with the cruise. The club will still go about the ride. BOD has alot to get done before the next meeting.

So I sent Stacy a Powerpoint Presentation of about 76 pictures through out the year. I hope it Works, I spent most the day trying to get it done and getting it down to size to Email it. I wish we had an FTP server, then I would be able to upload the Videos I spliced together. Any who. Yall have fun out there. :((

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with NP, take the NP Exit and come to the Tesoro parking lot. Me and Wonka will wait for you there. We will wait from 6:00 to about 6:15-ish

If you think you can find it on your own, come to NP, take the exit and head toward tesoro, stay on Badger Road for a few miles, REPP ROAD is on the RIGHT.
go about 1/2 mile, BROCK is on the left!

Hope those that went to repp road didnt waste their time not getting muddy!!!Told ya should have went a mile from the refinery. hhahahahahaha Hopefully yall wasn't late for the Parade.

we were not late at all. we did get some mud though. however with the rain we have had sine last night, sure there is plenty of mud every place now!lol
regardless of the amount of mud, we had a good time and an even better turn out! think we had about 9 rigs!
the cruise was cool..we hung clear to the end. we didnt let santa down! but more importantly, we supported another Lions club!!!!
the NP lions, especially Dodie and Howard Rixie have given us a nice BIG area to park our rigs for the day! we could easily fit 20 rigs in the area they have set aside for us!

the timing for the meeting was perfect...remember these meeting have to fit around 7 peoples schedules...6 out of 7 attending,josh is working nights, cory is doing training and will be out of town. so this was the time that fit perfect.

thanks to all the folks who showed up for the Mud Finding Expedition:
Ole (boss) & Lisa, the Fredericks (all 3 of them), Crowbar Tom, Stacy & Kaleb, Marek's old Sami driven by Tim i think, the Wonkas, Recon Rob & family, the Meuax Family!

The cruise was fun!!! a bunch of the fancy shiny cars only did a couple of turns thru the route, which i thought was LAME!! in support of our fellow Lion's club in NP, we stuck w/ Santa thru the whole thing! Danny Meaux even drove the DEUCE!!

Saturday also successful! thanksto the previous cast of characters, minus a couple, but including James and Brittany for enjoying the Ultra SOGGY festivities. Also a shout out to Prez Cory for showing upfor a bit.

Meauxs': heater, canopy...Davis': slide show, canopy, face painting...Moores': collection boxes, banner pick up, lifesaver trip of MY stuff i left at home..

the events were cut short by the soggy weather, like @ 5:30! so not much to report. did collect a few $ on face painting, & made some connctions w other lion!!

spoke w the organizer after ward, Howard Rixie of the NP Lions, and apparently, we generated quite a buzz!
THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING 'BOUT!!!!!

As always the run was fun. linda did not seem too upset about the cute little dimple in our stock plastic rear bumper. we have a new improved departure angle on the drivers side now!
Saturday was ... interesting. Glad we went, always learning something.

I posted some pick from Friday nite "mud" expedition and Saturday's swamp meet.......
Also wanted to say thanks to Dan for staging all the vehicles and drivin the duece and picking up Matts wheeler to add it to the managerie of vehicles that were avalilable for all to see. Too bad there weren't more vehicles......We had a large area that was reserved for us. Would have been more fun IF it hadn't rained ALL day, but made some new Lion friends.
