Exploration run Aug. 23rd

I would like to plan a exploritory run to try and find the route from Fairbanks Crk. to the hot springs. Merik looked up the trail and it (is I think) 20-25 miles long. We would start at Fairbanks Crk. side and see how far we could get in a day then make another plan to go all the way. I suggest we do it after Sept. 15th so as to not interfere with hunters. I know the season is a bit longer than the 15th but there will be fewer hunters then as the hunt becomes bow hunting only I believe. What do you guys think? :smilieeatdrink:

Looks like we have a run date!! Sunday Aug. 23rd, 9am at Sourdough Fuel on Farmers loop. This is a exploritory run on a NEW trail so be prepared!!! Spare tire,extra fuel, food, water, straps, rain gear, (weather is calling for rain),etc. I have GPS locates but no GPS, if anyone has one bring it. Merik has one so hope he can make it. The trail is called the Olympia Trail and is a RS2477 trail. All members and Non members are welcome. All vehicles are welcome to come. See you there!!!! :D
