ABLERVC Recycling 10/15

The 3rd Saturday of every month is when the NP Lions do their eyeglass recycling from 9am to 5pm at the ABLERVC in North Pole.
This program is run by volenteers only, I plan on stopping by for a few hours.
If anyone else wants to participate, please let me know and I will give you directions..... after all, the Center is only 2 miles from my house :)

They supported us during our Swap Meet this Summer and our MOD event, lets help out our fellow Lions!
All ages are encouraged to participate :)

Took the kids with and helped for a few hours :)
It was amazing the boxes and boxes of glasses that are donated!
There were thousands and thousands of glasses that needed to be sorted through, cleaned, prescriptions checked, labeled and packaged! The NP Lions have a state of the art facility and do an amazing service to the needy all over the World.
The next scheduled eyeglass recycling day is Nov. 19th from 10am-5pm.
I did tell Howard that I would bring a crew to help out on the 19th!
