Tentative plans:
Leave Friday evening, make a run up Banner Creek, camp for the night.
Saturday meet up with the Delta crew and hit some trails!

So are we are staying Friday night at Banner Creek? Wont it be too late to wheel? Wouldnt head out till after 6pm to banner. Would it be better to go to Delta Sat morning, Make a base camp, and wheel from there and then stay the night and head back sunday?
Or have the Delta Boys come to banner creek and we can head up there friday, and camp and then wheel on Saturday? And is there other trails at Banner Creek? When up there last year for the night, I wasnt too impressed.
Either, way, I will need to Haul the Jeep up there. So I will need to be able to park a rig and trailer, and not sure about anyone else.

Ok here's what I've worked out so far, I got ahold of our Delta guys and told them our plans and they are pumped! We leave Friday night head to Delta and get camp set up. Wheel all day Saturday, have dinner with our hosts and then have a sit down with the Gov. and other Lions to get the Delta division of our club set up. Maybe do a night ride then come home on Sunday. It would be cool if we could all meet up at 7pm on Friday n NP and go as a group as I do not know where Anthony has us set up to camp, all I know is it will be on Jarvis Crk. Post up if your coming so we know who we will meet on Friday. I'd like to pull out of NP Safeway by 7:15 sharp since it is a two hr drive and folks will be waiting for us to get there and show us they camp they are setting up for us. Bring wood! This sounds like a blast! See ya there!

I have been making calls and getting lots of excitement from the guys done here in delta, I will be going out checking trails this weekend. Im sure all of you will have plenty of room to camp out. Or if you want civilization i have worked a deal out with Delta Industrial and have plenty of space for your rvs to park in town, just let me know. I will meet you all at Delta Petro Wash last service station on the right heading out of town enroute to Ft Greely. I will get as much wood as i can but please bring what you can.

The only sure place I know to meet now is the truck stop on Friday night, Anthony will be taking us to the trail/camp from there, maybe we can get him to give directions here of where to meet, or if its close to town we could meet in Delta in the am. Hey Anthony..............?

well, I"m sorry to say but the camp site is about five miles out of town, but everyone is able to camp friday night out at delta petro wash. i have spoken with the management and they said it would not be a problem. the steak house is right next door, plenty of food and drink. i will be there until you all get there to show you the camp site or show you where to park for the night. i have a big pile of wood maybe about a cord or maybe more, i dont really now how much it is but we are welcome to all of it. drop me a pm if you need direction or feel free to call me 860-462-3563

Ok here's what I got... won't be able to camp Friday due to work conflict, but Sat we will be leaving North Pole Safeway around NLT 0815 for anyone would like to join us as a convoy to the Truck stop in Delta. Me and one of the kids will be camping Sat night so I'll bring another load of firewood with me.
