The Oct. meeting is set for Oct. 6th,6pm at Mary Sigh Rec. center located next to Lathrop H.S. All members and non-members are welcomed to attend. Agenda is as follows...
1A. Guest Speaker. Bill Baker District Chair for Lion's International
1. Members status- Pd. mem/requirements
2. Upcoming/Past rides
3. Olympia Trail
4. Treasurer Position
5. Prospects/requirements
6. Builds/Projects
7. Lions Business
8. Community work
9. Napa Event
10. New Business
11. Get in touch with the search and rescue orgs. in town and volunteer our services
12. Possible change to the monthly day for the meetings
13. Begin planning for the 2011 1st annual Memorial Weekend event
14. 501c3 status
15. Inc.plans
16. Bank account
17. Badging-i.e Stickers,patches,t-shirts
18. Change in meeting nights

Note to members. This is a big meeting as I think we will finalize our membership requirements for Lion's International and get our charter status. So PLEASE make sure you make this meeting as we are going to have the District head for the Lion's at the meeting to speak. If you CANNOT be there please get ahold of me! 378-8240/457-1210

I got a good one. HOPEFULLY if we make charter we can go ahead and get stickers made for the vehicles!!!! If not i still want a sticker hahaha. I see so many other jeeps with other club stickers and am ready to rep ours!

The Oct. meeting will be HUGE, so please be there with due money in hand as this sounds to be THE ONE. If you cannot make the meeting PLEASE contact me so we can make arrangements to get the dues pd. in advance. Remember, the day we turn our paperwork in and the names on that original list will be the founding members of this club and that is quite honorable as this will be the first Lions charter in Alaska in 25yrs! ( If my info, is correct) My numbers are located in a previous post on this thread. See you there, Cory

I won't be able to get away from my other obligation to make this meeting.
This is going to be an ongoing problem for me if the meeting days remain on Tuesdays. Hopefully that will change when item #12 is adressed.

I have this one in the bag. There is an auto trim and design down here and they are a crap ton cheaper than the one up there is but I called the place in NY and they are going to be even less. If I can have about two more weeks everyone keep there eyes on the site for my thread on stickers/badges. Cory now would be a good time for me to remind you to PM me the sizes and shape of the stickers and badges you wanted again. I told you I would forget what we talked about that day my memory is crap.:respekt:
